Delivery & Shipping Policy

Cape Ceilings & Drywalling provides delivery services across South Africa for all ceiling and insulation products.


1. Delivery Areas

We deliver throughout South Africa, including major cities and surrounding regions.

Delivery to remote or outlying areas may require additional time or arrangements.


2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery: 2–5 working days
  • Remote areas: 3–7 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • stock availability
  • order size
  • delivery location

Customers will be notified of any delays where applicable.


3. Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are calculated based on:

  • delivery location
  • order size and weight
  • type of product

Delivery charges will be:

  • confirmed at checkout, OR
  • communicated to the customer before dispatch (for larger orders)

4. Bulk Orders & Large Deliveries

Large or bulk orders may require:

  • special transport arrangements
  • scheduled delivery times

These orders will be coordinated directly with the customer to ensure smooth delivery.


5. Order Processing

Orders are processed during standard business hours.

Once your order is confirmed:

  • It will be prepared for dispatch
  • Delivery arrangements will be communicated

6. Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery
  • providing accurate delivery details

Cape Ceilings & Drywalling is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect address details
  • restricted access to delivery locations

7. Inspection on Delivery

Customers must inspect goods upon delivery.

Any issues such as:

  • damaged items
  • incorrect products
  • missing items

must be reported within 24 hours.
