- existing defects are disclosed
- Pets and occupants are kept clear of work areas
Cape Ceilings and Drywalling will not be responsible for delays caused by restricted access or undisclosed site conditions.
9. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.
Custom-cut materials, made-to-order products, and installation services are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Products must be inspected upon delivery and any issues reported within 24 hours.
10. Limitation of Liability
Cape Ceilings and Drywalling shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
