Returns & Refund Policy
Cape Ceilings & Drywalling is committed to supplying quality products and professional service. This policy outlines the terms under which returns and refunds may be accepted.
1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Products must be unused and in original condition
- Products must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase must be provided
All returns must be approved before goods are sent back.
2. Inspection on Delivery
Customers must inspect all goods immediately upon delivery or collection.
Please check for:
- visible damage
- incorrect items
- missing products
- incorrect quantities
- damaged packaging
Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Eligible Returns
Returns may be accepted in the following cases:
- The incorrect product was supplied
- The product arrived damaged
- The quantity delivered was incorrect
- The product is defective on arrival
Returns outside of these conditions may be considered at management’s discretion.
4. Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact us with your order details
- Provide photos (if applicable)
- Await return approval
- Once approved, return instructions will be provided
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
5. Refunds
Once returned goods are received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method where possible
6. Return Shipping
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs
- If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return costs will be covered or arranged by us
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Custom-cut or made-to-order products
- Installed materials
- Products not in original condition
